Like many small places and in order to keep our price low we have a different notice requirement as standard and for protection and peace of mind we recommend all visitors have good travel insurance.

CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED

over 21 days notice – no fee

10 – 20 days – fee of 50%

0 – 10 days full payment

Cancellation fee is based on number of days prior to arrival date and total projected room costs and is deducted from the card supplied at confirmation of booking with your full consent being understood as having been given and a receipted invoice will be submitted by email – we specifically draw attention to our terms and bookings are made on the understanding these have been read and agreed to when you confirm your reservation with the dates being binding and please ensure should you have to cancel that you have an email from us acknowledging cancellation until then it is deemed not cancelled so charges will still apply.
